We may also automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including device information, log data, and interaction data, for the purpose of maintaining and improving the Service.
3.How We Collect Information
Information is collected at the time of registration, during onboarding, in the course of using features of the Service, and through automated means as you interact with the Service. Performance data is generated as you complete diagnostic tests, practice sessions, and other learning activities.

- All data is used strictly to personalise and enhance the student learning experience.
- Parent or guardian email is used solely for the delivery of periodic and monthly progress reports.
- Parent or guardian phone number is used solely for the purpose of OTP-based login verification and account security.
- Aggregated, anonymised data may be used to improve the functionality, accuracy, and quality of the Service.
5.Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the basis of consent provided by the user and, where the user is a minor, by the parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described herein.
6.Artificial Intelligence Services
Revis8 uses the Claude API and the Gemini API to power certain artificial intelligence features of the Service. Data transmitted to these third-party AI services for the purpose of generating responses is used only to provide the requested functionality. No personal user data is permanently stored by these third-party AI services.
7.Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with any third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances. We may disclose information only where required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Revis8, its users, or the public.

All user data is stored securely in an encrypted database. We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for students of Class 10 and Class 12, many of whom may be minors under the age of 18. We handle all student data with extra care and in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and applicable rules made thereunder. Students under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
11.Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data. Parents or students may request complete data deletion at any time by contacting us.
