By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1.About Revis8
Revis8 is an AI-powered study assistant designed exclusively for students of Class 10 and Class 12 following the CBSE and Tamil Nadu State Board curricula. The Service provides diagnostic assessments, personalised study planning, practice materials, past examination papers, and related educational tools.
2.Eligibility
Users must be currently enrolled in Class 10 or Class 12. Users under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian prior to using the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3.Account Registration and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4.Subscription Plans
Revis8 offers a free access period for all new users. Paid subscription plans may be introduced; details will be made available within the app at that time.
5.Payments
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and practices of the payment processor. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice.
6.Acceptable Use
The Service is provided strictly for lawful, educational, and personal use. You agree not to: (a) misuse, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or attempt to exploit the AI features or any other part of the Service; (b) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (e) share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service.
7.Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, design, software, branding, and materials within the Service are the exclusive property of Revis8 and Shelby Holdings and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal educational purposes only.
8.Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the content, including AI-generated content, is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular examination outcome.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revis8 and Shelby Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to academic outcomes or examination results.
10.Modifications to the Service and Terms
Revis8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and to modify pricing, features, and these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used in an unlawful or harmful manner.
12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
13.Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revis8 regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
